At Protrade Supplies, we aim to provide clear, reliable, and transparent delivery information for all customers. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, delivery timeframes, and how shipping costs are calculated.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary depending on product type and delivery location.
Shipping & Discount Offers
Free Shipping Over $250
Free standard shipping applies to orders with a cart total of $250 or more, excluding bulky, oversized, palletised, or freight-only items.
- Bulky or oversized items may incur additional freight charges
- If additional charges apply, we will contact you for approval before dispatch
- Offer applies to Australian delivery addresses only.
10% Discount Over $150
A 10% discount is automatically applied at checkout on orders with a product subtotal over $150.
- Discount excludes clearance items, custom orders, and bulk commercial pricing
- Discount cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
- If an item requires additional handling or is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package size
- Weight
- Delivery location
- Courier availability for your area
Free shipping eligibility is assessed automatically at checkout.
Bulky or freight-only items may incur additional charges, which will be confirmed before dispatch.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–10 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7–14 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use reputable Australian courier services, including:
- Australia Post
- StarTrack
- Toll
- Aramex
- Allied Express
- Other freight providers for bulky or oversized deliveries
Tracking details are provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for selected orders. Customers will be notified by email once the order is ready for collection.
6. Delivery Restrictions
- Shipping is available within Australia only
- Some large, heavy, or hazardous items may have delivery restrictions
- Palletised or bulky freight may require a commercial delivery address or suitable access for large vehicles
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos where applicable.
We will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional redelivery or reprocessing fees.
9. Split Deliveries
Orders may be shipped in multiple consignments depending on stock availability or warehouse locations. Separate tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.
10. Shipping During Sales & Peak Periods
Processing and delivery times may be extended during:
- Major sales events
- Public holidays
- End-of-year holiday periods
- Courier network disruptions
Customers are encouraged to place orders early during peak periods.
