At Protrade Supplies, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent delivery across Australia. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, deliver, and handle orders.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If an item requires additional handling or is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you promptly.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- ✔ Package size
- ✔ Weight
- ✔ Delivery location
- ✔ Couriers available for your area
Free Shipping: Orders over $250 may qualify for free shipping (excludes bulky or oversized items).
Bulky freight items may incur additional charges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch for confirmation.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional Areas: 3–10 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: 7–14 business days
Please note: These are estimates provided by our courier partners. Delivery delays outside our control may occur, especially during peak seasons or severe weather.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted Australian carriers, including:
- Australia Post
- StarTrack
- Toll
- Aramex
- Allied Express
- Other freight providers for bulky/oversized items
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
5. Local Pickup
If available, customers may choose Local Pickup from our warehouse. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
6. Delivery Restrictions
- We currently ship within Australia only.
- Some large or hazardous items may have shipping restrictions.
- Bulky or palletised freight may require a commercial address or access for large vehicles.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of any damaged items or packaging
- We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or solution
We comply with Australian Consumer Law to ensure you receive the product you paid for.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or undeliverable locations may incur additional redelivery fees.
9. Split Deliveries
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock levels or warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers where applicable.
10. Shipping During Sales & Peak Periods
Processing and delivery times may be slower during:
- End-of-year holidays
- Major sales events
- Public holidays
- Courier network disruptions
We recommend placing orders early during peak seasons.
